November 15 Day 252: Anticipation

I went food shopping Saturday night at 9 pm in anticipation of Governor Inslee’s Sunday 11 am announcement (still to come this morning). Safeway had already removed most of the shopping carts in preparation of limiting store capacity to 25%. Paper product and pasta sections were looking mighty scant.

I don’t think the pattern of my life will change much but who has time to wait in line at the grocery store? I stocked up as best I could.

I worry about the effect of new restrictions on friends in the restaurant business. They are struggling as it is. If you haven’t heard, Pierce County is doing a restaurant rally. So despite having a full pantry, it’s time to order some take out.
