May 16 Day 69: To Do

For those of you not familiar with the Canvas Teacher app, the 114 in the red oval represents the number of items in need of grading this weekend. Some are quick check-offs: complete or incomplete. About half are assessments from my mastery-based precalculus course. The rest come from my writing intensive matrix theory course (so I need to comment on clarity of communication in addition to correctness of the problem) plus rough drafts of their final projects. We did peer review in class on Thursday. At a minimum, I need to ensure that the planned structure meets expectations so they have time to incorporate requests before it is due in 3 weeks.

I know, I should be grading.

Update 10:25 pm. Here’s today’s progress. All the precalculus is done. It’s all matrix theory from here on out. Forty-nine down and sixty-five to go.
