January 8 Day 671: Time Out

I. Just. Couldn’t. Be. Productive.

I have said it before and I will say it again, the most difficult part of this whole ordeal is the uncertainty. And yesterday was jam packed with it.

So, I did a little grading.

Mostly I retreated from anything remotely connected to teaching, the University, and professional obligations. Instead I binge watched Cobra Kai, shopped for food, and recycled all the glass that has accumulated during the winter break.

I wouldn’t call it self-care. It’s more self-preservation.
