February 9 Day 338: I Was Today Years Old…

Mindblown! Our world is amazing and I have so much more to learn.

Today I learned that you can be in two Zoom meetings at the same time ON THE SAME COMPUTER. ( I haven’t quite figured out the sound controls for two meetings but no one was speaking in the Math meeting as we jumped over to the SIAS zoom for a search presentation.)

Today I learned that French toast pizza is a thing. Dissatisfied with soggy reheated pizza, my son searched the internet to discover this peculiar culinary creation. Dip the cold slice into an egg/milk mixture and pan fry. He proclaimed it “quite good.” Who knew?

I understand that sometimes it is served with maple syrup. I’m not sure I would be brave enough to try it.

What magical thing did you learn today?
